30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty wrapping.

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Important Return Information

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount will be provided during the return process.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • If you return part of a bundle or promotional offer, the bundle discount will no longer apply. Any items kept will be recalculated at their current sale price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition received.

  • Original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
