Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is currently in transit to our fulfillment centers.

You may place an order before the product arrives, and we will ship your order as soon as inventory becomes available. Estimated availability dates are displayed on the product page and are subject to change.


Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $50 USD.

Express Shipping

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.


Important Information

  • Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • For pre-orders, dispatch dates are approximate and listed on the product page.

  • During holidays, promotions, and peak shopping periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.


Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection provides coverage for orders that are confirmed lost or stolen by the shipping carrier.

If Shipping Protection is purchased at checkout and your package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.

If Shipping Protection is declined, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Protection can be added during checkout for additional peace of mind.
